Tasting Notes
Lemon in colour with green hues. Peach and melon aromas mingle with hints of fennel and pineapple. This lovely mix of aromas is mirrored in the flavours and joined by a rich, creamy mid-palate and tropical acidity to finish.
Organic Winemaking
This wine is certified by the Australian Certified Organic standards and is 100% vegan. It’s made without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.

Enjoy with spicy mussels and soba noodles or lentil, sweet potato and chickpea stew.
