Description
Marginal is a light red blend of 75% Mondeuse and 25% Jacquere grown biodynamically in the Savoie region by fourth generation winemakers. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel, with a gentle maceration of the Mondeuse to soften the tannins and bring forward bright fruit flavors. Tart yet approachable, with notes of granite, fresh cherries and strawberries. Best served chilled alongside a sharp cheddar cheeseburger.
