Description
Charmat method brut sparkling wine, 12% ABV, 100% Ribolla Gialla, produced by Zorzettig, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Italy, 2024 vintage. A Ribolla Gialla that expresses the freshness and character of Friuli, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, golden delicious apples, broom flowers, yogurt, and fragrant bread crust. Aged on the lees for 9 months with weekly batonnage (Charmat method), 100% stainless steel. Bottling and aging in bottle for 1 month. Pale straw yellow, lively, elegant, and refined. Ideal with appetizers, fish, cheeses, and lean seafood.
