The AWC Marsala is typical of an Old World style Marsala. It is a sweet, dark rich blend that has a smooth finish. All of this is the result of traditional winemaking methods and baking by the sun.This wine is produced as a beverage Marsala so it is unsalted and very suitable for cooking without the addition of salt. The finished alcohol of the AWC Marsala is 17% alcohol by volume.
