Pinot Noir is the mainstay of the Bollinger Champagne style, and the House has forged its reputation by enhancing this variety. The PN cuvée aims to prolong the legacy and legendary style for which Bollinger is renowned. Each year a new addition will be added to the PN collection, exploring the Maison’s various terroirs in a different way.
