Our Bomon Shampe Angel sparkling wines are produced by the oldest enterprise in Ukraine and the biggest enterprise in Europe which was established in 1857 by French winemaker Francois Nuevau in famous Odessa region.
More than 2500 hectares of the southern Ukrainian lands are planted with authentic varieties of grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Bastardo, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Aligote, Traminer, Pinot Blanc, Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Feteasca, and Alibernet.
The modern production lines and technology developed over the years afford us the ability to create varietal and blended sparkling wines implementing a natural vinification process.
