Brut Champagne, produced by Brisson-Lahaye in the Champagne region of France. 0.75 L bottle. An excellence born from the passion of a family that has dedicated itself to viticulture for generations. Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. Vinification in stainless steel tanks. Aged in barrels. Fine and persistent perlage. Complex with notes of citrus and freshly ripe yellow fruit. Golden yellow color. The aromas perceived on the nose are perceived on the palate. Very balanced, with lingering notes of yellow fruit and gingerbread. Ideal with fish-based first and second courses.
