This elegantly structured blend features 76% Sangiovese, 14% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, each fermented separately in concrete and wooden vats before spending 12 months aging in large oak casks. Gentle extraction and slow fermentation preserve freshness and texture.
Aromas of wild cherry, violet florals, mint, and warm spice lead into the palate, which offers juicy red fruit balanced by minerality, pressed violet notes, and hints of cedar and earth. Silky tannins and bright acidity carry the wine to a lingering finish
