Canella was founded in 1947 by Luciano Canella. The winery is located in San Donà di Piave and Luciano’s children, Alessandra, Lorenzo, Nicoletta, and Monica, now run the winery together with Tommaso, the first of the third generation.- Ideally located near the appellation’s historical nucleus, Conegliano – One of the first families to set up a state-of-the-art winery specializing in Prosecco – The altitude of the vineyards allows the grapes to ripen at a more gradual pace, resulting in intense fragrance and excellent acidity – The Canellas are Prosecco pioneers and have become almost synonymous with Prosecco itself – Vinified and bottle continuously to provide superior freshness and quality
