Still rosé from the heart of Abruzzo, 13% ABV, produced by Castorani. 100% Montepulciano. 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo that embodies the essence of the region, born from the passion of a group of friends who have brought the history of this estate back to life. The winery operates with full respect for ancient farming values, respectful of the history and generous soil of Abruzzo. Manual harvest in September, aged “sur lies” for 4 months in used oak barrels. Onion skin color. On the nose, small red fruits and spicy notes anticipate a fruity palate with light chocolate notes.
