Description
Sonoma County Rosé
This Cenyth Rosé is composed of 100% Cabernet Franc from the Vérité Estate, sourced from the Chalk Hill Vineyard in Sonoma County. The fruit was picked early in harvest to preserve the bright acidity of an elegant rosé. Mirroring traditional rosé production in France, the grapes were fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine was kept fresh with no malolactic fermentation or barrel aging, showcasing the
floral notes of Cabernet Franc and the beauty of Sonoma County.

Tasting Notes, Winemaker Hélène Seillan
A gorgeous Rosé wine with charming aromatics of white peach, subtle mandarin orange, and fresh rose petals. A slight effervescence on the palate is complemented by more ripe peach, candied red fruit and tart raspberry. The finish is exceptionally long, driven by refreshing acidity and earthy minerality.
