Champagne Brut Nature, a classic method pas dosé, produced by Chavost in the Champagne region. Blend: 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier. A wine born from passion and a desire to preserve the environment and the excellence of its wines, without added sulfites. Very typical of Chavot-Courcourt Pinot Noirs, buttery and milky at the same time, but also austere with gray pepper, chalk, and small red fruits. Extremely vinous and powerful, very rich and fresh at the same time, with a length typical of Pinots.
