Description
The color is typically garnet red. The aromas are complex and elegant and range from ripe red fruit to spices, up to the toasty and intoxicating notes of ‘goudron’. The flavor is delicately tannic, austere, full and velvety. This large bottle is the ideal pairing with important first courses, roasts, game and aged cheeses, but it can also be an excellent meditation wine at the end of a meal.
