Organic extra brut classic method sparkling wine from Alsace, produced by Meyer Fonne. A Crémant d’Alsace Extra Brut, with no vintage indicated, 12.5% ABV, made from Auxerrois, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir. A wine that expresses the elegance and freshness of the Alsatian terroir. Fruity aromas, such as pear and peach, on the nose, herald a pleasant, savory palate. Straw yellow.
