Still red Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, 15.5% ABV, produced by Negrar – Domini Veneti. Blend: 60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella. 0.75 l bottle, 2020 vintage. An Amarone born from the passion and tradition of Valpolicella Classica, with dried grapes and meticulous winemaking. The aroma is intense, with fruity notes of black cherries in alcohol and dried plums, sweet spices, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, leather, nutmeg, and pepper. Garnet red in color. The flavor is ample, well-structured and smooth, and persistent, with velvety tannins and an aftertaste of dried fruit and toast. A heartwarming wine, perfect for accompanying important dishes and special evenings.
