Mayol produces a classic Argentinian Malbec that’s medium-to-full bodied, and juicy but not too heavy. The vineyards are sustainably farmed, hand-harvested and de-stemmed, but not crushed in order to ensure freshness and purity of fruit. Ripe raspberry and black cherry flavors combine with earthy, toasty aromas and a hint of vanilla to create a well-knit wine with a silky texture that gives way to a firm, dry finish.
