Description
Still white wine from the Loire, 13.5% ABV, produced by Ferme de la Sansonnière. Blend of Chenin Blanc, 2021 vintage. A wine born from the passion of Mark Angeli, considered one of the region’s finest winemakers. Eight hectares of vineyards, without plowing, employ winemaking practices that follow the same philosophy: only perfectly ripe and pure grapes are vinified, without the addition of sulfur dioxide. Floral aromas on the nose foreshadow a long, persistent finish that reveals the complexity of the terroir. Straw yellow in color.
