Franciacorta DOCG brut sparkling wine, 12.5% ABV, produced by Freccianera. 100% Chardonnay, 0.375 l bottle. A Blanc de Blancs that celebrates the Franciacorta sparkling wine tradition, with a history that began in 1977. Manual harvesting in crates. Soft pressing of the whole grapes with pneumatic presses. Initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks; constant temperature control. Long maturation on the fine lees with frequent pumping over. Separation into individual stainless steel tanks, maturation in the tank until the cuvée is blended and tirage in spring. 25 months are needed to bring the bunches to the glass. Minimum 18 months on the lees. Fresh notes of oriental white flowers. Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. Surprisingly harmonious and pleasant, fragrant and savory, perfect for a special toast.
