A rich bouquet, ranging from rich hints of chalk and graphite to wet stone and flint. Fresh, with notes of mint and thyme. After careful aeration, it reveals bread crust and a subtle smoky note. Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights. Dry, direct, and sharp, with a remarkable body and a persistence that invites tasting.
