Master Blender’s Selection No. 5 is the fifth release in Hennessy’s Master Blender’s Series of single-batch bottlings that will never be replicated. This year’s release was created by eighth-generation Master Blender, Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, and pays homage to the 18 families of distillers who are the bedrock of supply and expertly craft exceptional eaux-de-vie -exclusively for Hennessy.

Selecting at least one eaux-de-vie per family, Renaud blended their characters and personalities to create this inimitable cognac. This blend embodies a perfect harmony of the selected eaux-de-vie and reveals a powerful cognac on the palate with delicate nuances of cocoa, spices, and candied orange.
