The remainder of the juice was fermented in new French oak barrels, where it underwent malo-lactic fermentation and was aged on the lees for 6 months. Individual lots were selected for the blend in December 2011 and the final blend was assembled just prior to bottling in May 2012.AGING61% aged for 6 months in neutral oak tanks 39% aged for 6 months in new French oak barrelsTASTING NOTES A refreshing summer wine with hints of grapefruit, lemon zest, and appealing floral notes.
