Double selection performed both in vineyard and at the winery.Winemaking ProcessControlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at temperatures below 25C, post-fermentative maceration, malolactic fermentation. Unfiltered and unfined. Aged in new French and American oak barrels for twelve months.Tasting NotesColor intense ruby with purple shades Aromas black fruit, pepper and toasty aromas from the oak.
