Grape Varietal and Source Source Huarpes vineyards located in Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza. Altitude 3,250 feet above sea level. Yield of 7 tons per hectare. Harvest manual selection in February. Double selection performed in the vineyard and at the winery.Winemaking Process Protective pressing, static clarification without clarifiers. Controlled fermentation in oak barrels. Aged in French and American oak barrels for ten months.Tasting Notes Color bright green-yellow. Aromas pineapple and ripe banana with delicate buttery notes. Flavor full bodied with good acidity.
