Extra Brut Champagne, classic method, produced by J. Charpentier. 0.75 L bottle, 2018 vintage. A vintage that celebrates the history of a family of winemakers spanning five generations. A blend of 40% Pinot Meunier, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Chardonnay. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation completed. Fine and persistent perlage. Intense and powerful with aromas of lemon, caramel, and floral notes. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Attractive palate with good length, fruity flavors with notes of white berries.
