Description
A bombastic, natural white with an usual blend from the King Valley of Victoria. A unique Riesling blend wherein the addition of 20% Vermentino really brings a good deal of Mediterrean characteristics. A fuller bodied white with salty, yellow plum and apple with a lemon zest and elderflower finish. Native fermentation, no filtering and no additives save a tiny amount of sulfites. Decidedly natural but very clean, highly recommended for fans of Piedmontese whites.
