Description
Aromatic still organic white wine produced by Loacker Wine Estates in Trentino-Alto Adige, 13.5% ABV, 0.75 L bottle, 2022 vintage. A Gewürztraminer born from the Loacker family’s biodynamic philosophy, using biodynamic and homeopathic preparations to achieve the utmost balance of the grape variety. Maceration with stems for 4 hours at 16°C. Spontaneous fermentation. Aged for 8 months in steel tanks. Rich, aromatic, and floral on the nose, with aromas of rose and lychee. On the palate, the wine is soft, enlivened by a lively freshness.
