The 2020 Trinchero Napa Valley Mary’s Sauvignon Blanc Wine has aromas of lemon blossom, lime zest, fresh white peach and juicy honeydew melon. Sustainably farmed in Calistoga, this white wine has textural richness and vibrant acidity, with flavors of crisp green apple and other orchard fruit balanced by a refreshing minerality. Aged for 6 months in a combination of stainless steel and French oak to add well integrated aromas of toasty oak to the finished wine.

This Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with poultry, fish, shellfish, soups and salad.
