Description
A classic method brut rosé sparkling wine produced by Pojer and Sandri in Trentino-Alto Adige, made with a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. A wine with a broad and complex bouquet, with notes of red fruits such as morello cherry and raspberry, reminiscent of Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay hints such as almond, hazelnut, and hay, complemented by aromas of Viennese pastries. On the palate, it is frank, creamy, and consistent, with a persistent crown of bubbles. Awarded 89/100 by Decanter and Robert Parker.
