Still white Collio DOC, 14% ABV, produced by Primosic. 100% Pinot Grigio. 0.75 L bottle, 2020 vintage. A Pinot Grigio born from the Primosic family’s passion for Collio, a unique region where viticulture is an integral part of its history. The nose evokes violets, raspberries, and red fruits, a preview of its intense copper color, created by fermentation on the skins. On the palate, it is powerful and complex, with warm notes of red fruit; a rich and mineral finish, a wine that perfectly expresses the character of its terroir.
