Organoleptic Evaluation
Straw yellow colour, the perlage is delicate and intense. This wine is sweet, fragrant and recalls white flowers, sage, lime and lavender. It recalls fruits such as peach, citrus fruit and pink grapefruit as well. The taste is slightly sour and recalls citrus fruits

Muller Thurgau and Muscat vineyard: South exposure, altitude: 450-750 m/asl (Chambave and Sain-Denis locality). Petit Rouge vineyard: east exposure (Arvier locality). Priè Blanc vineyard: altitude 1180 m/asl (Morgex and La Salle locality)
