Description
Prüm – this name is inseparably linked to wine-making, especially in the Middle Moselle region. The first references to the Prüm family date back to documents from 1156, which show that the Prüm family owned vineyards.
Pale gold. Aromatic, with scents of apricot, green apple and white peach. Fresh fruit flavors perfectly balanced by a racy acidity and a lot of mineral character
Grapes are hand harvested in mid-October and undergo a gentle crush. The juice is fermented with cultured yeasts for several weeks in stainless steel tanks. After certain time of ageing in tank it will bebottled under Stelvin closure to preserve its fresh, youthful and yummy character.
