A classic method sparkling rosé from Champagne, produced by Selosse Pajon. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A Rosé d’Assemblage that embodies the excellence of the Selosse-Pajon house, led by Jérôme Selosse, great-grandson of Jacques Selosse. Jérôme worked with Anselme Selosse for two years, from 1990 to 1992. Having inherited the vineyards from their mutual great-grandfather, Mariuss Selosse, many of Jérôme’s Avize vineyards are adjacent to Anselme’s. Fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red fruit evoke the freshness and vivacity of Champagne. Coral pink in color. On the palate, the wine is fresh and savory, with a persistence that invites repeat tastings.
