Vineyards: Suitable hillside vineyards in the Soave DOP area
Vinification: Destemming and crushing of the grapes, followed by soft pressing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16°C
Maturation: In steel
Colour: Straw-yellow with greenish highlights
Aromas: Citrus notes accompanied by white flowers stand out
Taste: Fresh, mineral and long finish
