Naturally sweet wine from white sundried grapes PDO Santorini
Grape variety: Assyrtiko 70%, Aidani 25%, other white grapes 5%.
From the vineyards nearby Akrotiri. Overripe white grapes are sundried for a period of 7-15 days. Then destemmed and pressed. The sweet juice ferments slowly for more than 2 months in stained steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
After the end of the fermentation, the naturally sweet wine is moved to oak barrels for maturation for at least 2 years.
Aging potential: Unlimited.
